1. DR.MUHAMMAD SYAFII ANTONIO, M.EC
Dr. Muhammad Syafii Antonio, MEc is one of the icons of financial and Islamic banking in Indonesia. He served as Chairman of the College of Islamic Economics (STEI) Tazkia. He obtained the Doctoral fellow in Micro Finance from the University of Melbourne (2004) and Master of Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia (1992). His bachelor degree was obtained from the University of Jordan (1990). In 2014, he participated in visiting research at Cairo's Al-Azhar University and Oxford University, England. Through Batasa Tazkia Consulting, Antonio has helped the growth of more than 14 Islamic Banking Business Unit and 7 Takaful and trained more than 6000 financial practitioners. Antonio is currently entrusted as the Committee of Islamic Banking at Bank Indonesia, the Shariah Advisory Council of the Central Bank of Malaysia, as well as al-Mawarid Global Shariah Board DUBAI. Antonio also sits as an Advisor / Supervisory Board at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Takaful Indonesia, Bank Mega Syariah, Schroders Investment Manager and PNM. He has published more than 35 books on Islamic Banking, Leadership and Management.
2. DR. SUGIYARTI FATMA LAELA, M.BUSS (ACC), CMA
She is currently as the Vice Chairman for Academic Affairs at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. Sugiyarti Fatma Laela is a senior lecturer at the Islamic Accounting Department. She received her Master degree in Business in Accounting from Monash University Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in 2000. She has been teaching accounting courses since 1997 at some universities such the Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta, Widya Wiwaha Business School Yogyakarta. Dr Sugiyarti Fatma Laela obtained her PhD in Accounting from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia. She holds Certified Management Accountant and active in the profession. Her research interest includes management accounting and corporate governance, especially in Islamic Banking. She published papers in national reputable journals and providing consultations in Islamic Accounting for local new papers. The title of her dissertation is The Implication of Coalignment between Strategic Orientation and Management Accounting on Performance : Empirical Evidence of The Islamic Banking Industry in Indonesia.
3. RAHMAT MULYANA, MM
He is a Vice Chairman (Finance, HR, and IT Affairs) of Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics . He obtained his Bachelor degree in Agro Industrial Technology from Bogor Agricultural University and his master Degree of Management from The University of Indonesia. He is currently continuing his Ph.D in Bogor Agricultural Institute. He formerly as a Finance Director at Antara National News Agency. His interest in on Risk Management, Financial Modelling and also Strategic Management. He formerly had a lot of experiences in Islamic banking practices; as Operation Manager of BPR Wakalumi, Director of BPR Amal Salman, Head of Financial Institutions of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 1999. He also was Senior Manager JK Finance. Until 2006, he was the General Manager of the Institute for the Development of Economics and Finance (INDEF).
4. SOETOPO, MP
Soetopo served as the Vice Chairman of Marketing and Industrial Relations at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. His career formerly was a deputy manager at PT Indosat Tbk with outstanding marketing experiences. His formal education starting from the Diploma in Engineering in 1985. He finished his bachelor's in marketing from the University of Universitas Krisnadwipayana – Jakarta and obtained master degree in Management of Local Development from The Agriculture Institute in 2011. He is active as a coach and trainer in the field of marketing technology and digital marketing. He also sits in Commisioner of PT. Anugrah Arrahim which engages in maintaining and Installation services for BTS.
5. DR. SIGID EKO PRAMONO, MBA, CA, QIA
Sigid Eko Pramono is a senior lecturer at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics with expertise in Auditing. He also becomes an Internal Audit at the Central Bank of Indonesia. He completed his PhD in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics The University of Indonesia. He holds his master degree in Business Administration from Flinders University of Adelaide Australia. Formerly he served at Bank of Tokyo in Accounting Division. He also teaches at Trisakti University and LPPI BI. He is an active member and holder of Chartered Accountant (CA) and Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA).
6. DR. MURNIATI MUKHLISIN, M.ACC
Murniati served Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics, Indonesia as Lecturer of Accounting for 12 years and she is Islamic Accounting certified. She became Affiliate Staff at University of Glasgow after completing her PhD in 2014 and then joined Essex Business School in 2015. She also sits on Editorial Advisory Board for an Emerald Journal of Islamic Accounting and Business Research. She works on critical perspective of research in the areas of financial reporting, Islamic accounting, and Islamic banking and finance. She obtained her Bachelor of Accounting, International Islamic University Malaysia (1998) and her Master of Accounting, University of Indonesia (2010). She completed her PhD in Accounting, University of Glasgow (2014)
7. DR. MUKHAMAD YASID, M.SI
Mukhamad Yasid is one of the founders of the Tazkia Foundation which oversees and supervise Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. He is a senior lecturer with expertise in the field of entrepreneurship, cooperative and marketing. He is a doctoral alumni from the Bogor Agriculture Institute. He also serves as Shariah Supervisory Board in several Islamic financial Institutions, such as PT Asia Raya Capital, PT Batasa Consulting. He obtained his diploma management of agriculture at the Agriculture College – Odense Denmark and master degree from Padjadjaran University , Bandung. He participated in International short courses such as Overseas General management Course Ebeltof Denmark; Field Study of Cooperative in Danish International Development Agency Denmark.
8. RIFKI ISMAL, PH.D
Rifki Ismal is a PhD holder in Islamic Banking and Finance of Durham University. He is a Senior lecturer at Tazkia specialization in Islamic Microeconomics. Besides, he is also working in the Indonesian Central Bank as a senior researcher, focusing on Islamic financial Instrument and Money Market. He obtained his Master Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, USA. His are of interest include issues in Islamic banking and finance, monetary policy, applied economics and financial market . He sits in Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance (Emerald Series - UK) and Australian Journal of Islamic Banking and Finance. His latest book published by Wiley and Son 2014 entitled “Islamic Banking in Indonesia: New Perspectives on Monetary and Financial Issues”.
9. DR. ACHMAD FIRDAUS, M.SI
Achmad Firdaus obtained his master programs in Islamic Management from Azzahra University Jakarta and a Ph.D from The Islamic State University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. He currently serves as the Head of the Master Program of Islamic Economics, at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. He had served as HR manager at PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga 2005-2008. His excellent academic and practitioner's experiences lead him in providing training and teaching in strategic management courses. His interest is on quality control and performance measurement system. Based on his dissertation, He has developed a Business Performance Measurement System Based Maqosid Shariah, called Maslaha Scorecard.
10. DR. INDRA, M.SI
Indra obtained his PhD in Economics from University of Indonesia in 2015. Earlier he obtained his Master degree in Economics from Bogor Agricultural University and Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Bogor Agricultural University. He is currently a lecturer at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. Along with teaching at Tazkia, he also occupies as researcher at Brighten International, and lecturer at Economics and Management Faculty Bogor Agricultural University. He is expert in statistic and econometric. He involved in technical team at Assessment Centre of Green Industry and Environment Ministry of Industrial Affairs. Indra also has engaged as researcher in research with Bank of Indonesia, Ministry of Finance, Bappeda DKI Jakarta, Ministry of Industrial Affairs, Brighten Institute, FAO Korea Association, Ministry of Research and Technology, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and Ministry of Trade.
11. LUQYAN TAMANNI, M.EC
Luqyan Tamanni is senior lecturer at STEI Tazkia in the department of Islamic Economics. Currently a final year PhD Student at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow working on a doctoral research related to the impact of commercialization on Islamic microfinance institutions. Previously he was microfinance researcher for Islamic Relief Worldwide and Islamic Finance Council, UK; Associate Operations Officer for Advisory Services of International Finance Corporation, Indonesia; and Senior Consultant & Researcher for Tazkia Consulting, Indonesia. He has also served as lead consultant advising prominent Islamic financial institutions, as well as member of shariah supervisory board (DPS) for insurance companies. He has published journal articles, essays, and book/book chapter on Islamic banking, microfinance, and family financial management. Luqyan holds degrees in Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia (1997) and University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur (2002).
12. DR. MUHAMMAD SYARIF SURBAKTI
Muhammad Syarif Surbakti is a senior lecturer in the Master Program of Islamic Economics Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. He has completed his doctor in Islamic economics and finance from IEF International Trisakti University in 2011, majoring in Accounting. A series of positions in the Islamic financial institutions are already held , among others Research & Partnership Development Head at PT BTPN Syariah; Sharia Advisory for all matters of sharia bank operations, products and business development until 2012 at CIMB Niaga Syariah; Senior Officer of Risk Management and Merchant Banking PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk until 2007. His interest in research and teaching is in the area of risk management and analysis of financial statements.
13. ACHMAD DJAZULI, MM
Achmad Djazuli is a senior lecturer in Islamic accounting Department at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics Tazkia. He holds a diploma in accounting from Bogor Agriculture Institute and master degree from Ahmad Dahlan University. He is currently pursuing his PhD in public administration at STPDN Jakarta. Her expertise is in Public accounting and finance. He also serves as an expert and Auditor at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. He is also a director of PT Universal Mitra Tech, engaging in the field of accounting application and business management consulting.
14. DEWI FEBRIANI, M.AK
She is one of the best alumni of Tazkia, graduated in 2006 majoring in Accounting. She then obtained her master degree of Applied Accounting from The University of Indonesia in 2010. Her interest is on Accounting Information Systems. She teaches Enterprise Information Systems, Accounting Software and Oracle Application.
15. ANITA PRIANTINA, M.EC
She serves as Head Department of Islamic Economics, Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. Anita is one of the best alumni from Tazkia graduated in 2006. She received her master degree in Islamic Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Her teaching responsibilities are Principles of Economics, Microeconomics , Macroeconomics and Seminar on Islamic Economics. Her interest and specialisations is Islamic Economics including Environmental Studies. She participated in many national and international academic conferences. She also has a special research interest on Sukuk.
16. SULHANI, M.AK
Sulhani is one of the best alumni of Tazkia, graduated in 2007 with major in Islamic Accounting. He then obtained his master degree of Applied Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 2010. His interest is on Auditing. He teaches auditing courses such as Internal Audit, Basic Audit for Islamic Banking and EDP Audit . He is currently the Head of Islamic Accounting Department at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. He is also the Chief Director of Islamic Accounting Journal published by the Department. He also actively joins to professional community such as The Indonesian Institute of Accountant.
17. ABDUL MUGHNI, LC, M.H.I
Abdul Mughni served Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics for 15 years teaching shariah subjects. He has participated in many trainings about Islamic Banking for teaching shariah law. He obtained his bachelor degree from The Institute of Arabic and Islamic Knoweldge in Jakarta and his Master Degree from Ibnu Khaldun University, Bogor. He is currently completing his Ph.D in in The Faculty of Shariah, The Islamic State University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta
18. MIFTAKHUS SURUR, M.SC (Fin)
Miftah received his Bachelor degree in Islamic Finance Management from Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. He is the best alumni of Tazkia from the first bacth, graduated 2004. He then continued as master student at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and receiving a MSc (Fin) in 2012. He is currently the Head of Islamic Business and Management Department at Tazkia. His teaching is on Islamic Banking Management, including Islamic Financial Contracts.
19. NASHR AKBAR, M.EC
Nasher is currently a lecturer at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. His teaching responsibilites are Principles of Economics, Foundation of Islamic Economics, and History of Economic Thought. He receives his Bachelor degree in Islamic Economics from Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics, and Master degree in Islamic Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). His specialisations are Islamic economics including Fiqh Muamalah (Islamic Jurispudence of Financial Transaction), History of Economic Thought, Tafsir Quran (Quranic interpretation) on Economy, and Third Sector Economy (Zakat, Wakaf, Donations).
20. ROCHANIA AYU YUNANDA, M.SC (ACC)
Rochania Ayu Yunanda has worked for Department of Islamic Accounting for eight years. She has also been a member of ISO team as an internal auditor conducting periodical review and audit in the institution. She earned her degree from STEI Tazkia and her master degree from International Islamic University Malaysia. She is pursuing her PhD at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. She has exposure in the area of Waqf particularly in Waqf performance, Waqf Accounting and Auditing.
21. FARIED K RAHMAN, M.SC (Fin)
Faried Kurnia Rahman has joined STEI Tazkia since 2010. He graduated from IIU Malaysia in November 2009. He teaches Introduction to Business and Management, Banking and Financial Institutions, Financial Management, Islamic Banking Management and Investment Management. He also had an experience in initiating the establishment of an Investment Gallery in the university cooperated with Indonesia Stock Exchange and MNC Securities as a learning media for the students. He is taking his doctoral degree at Faculty Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology - UTM. His research area is mainly in Islamic Capital Market and Innovation Management
22. TETI HARYATI MANSYUR, M.SI
Teti has been teaching entrepreneurship at Tazkia since 2010. She has extensive experience of putting theory into practice. She found some small business and acted as a bussiness mentor for students startup. She obtained her master degree from IPB (Bogor Agricultural University) and his bachelor degree in education from UNJ (Jakarta State University)
23. SHAIFURROKHMAN MAHFUDZ, LC, M.sh
He is a Senior Lecturer at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics, teaching shariah subjects. After obtaining his first degree in the faculty of Law and Islamic Jurisprudence from Al-Azhar University Egypt in 1999. He then completed his master degree in 2006 from Academy of Islamic Studies University of Malaya majoring in Islamic Political Science. During his stay in Malaysia, he was employed as a lecturer in Sharia subjects at Institute of Technology Ibnu Sina Kuala Lumpur whilst employed also as lecturer in Muhammadiyah Islamic College Singapore in the same discipline since 2002-2011. He is also very active in exposing his expertise through some national media in the field of Islamic Economics like radio, magazine as well as news papers. He is a speaker of Weekly Interactive Live TV Program “Syariah Economic Challenges”, Wesal TV, Jakarta 2013 – present . He is also currently enrolled as PhD student of Islamic Banking and Finance, University of Malaya.
24. UNANG FAUZI, LC, M.E.I
He is alumni of the sharia faculty from the Al Azhar university of Cairo. He obtained his master degree from the University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor in the field of Islamic Economics. He currently serves as the Head of Muamalah (Economic Business Law) Department at Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics. Mastering in sharia and muamalah lead him often invited in the seminar and training on sharia economics. He teaches specialty on islamic business ethics and Islamic Jurisprudence.
25. RIES WULANDARI, M.SI
Ries ulandari is a lecturer at Islamic economics department. She was awarded as a master of science in economics from Bogor agricultural university. Her area of specialisation is economics, international economics, monetary economics, and econometrics. She is a productive researcher with many published papers. One of her paper has been awarded as the best paper by central bank of Indonesia and the Indonesian association of Islamic economists (IAEI).
26. GALIH K SIDIK, M.KOM
Galih Kurniawan is a lecturer at Islamic accounting department. He obtained his master degree in computer science from Bogor agricultural university. He is one of the best graduated students of Tazkia. He ever worked in PT Power innovation Indonesia which is affiliated to oracle, inc. His research interests are accounting information systems, data mining, business process modelling and decision support system. He has a certification in MYOB accounting.
